Solid output: High-stability biochar

This is the core value product of biomass carbonization. Through precise temperature control (adjustable from 300℃ to 700℃) and optimized residence time, high-quality biochar is produced. Each ton of biochar represents approximately 2.5-3 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent. It meets international carbon removal methodology standards and can be developed into a carbon credit asset for trading.

Liquid output: Bio-oil

The flue gas produced during pyrolysis is collected by condensation to obtain tar.

Gas output: Biomass combustible gas

The non-condensable gas (syngas) produced during pyrolysis is directly fed back to the combustion chamber. It provides a heat source for the pyrolysis system itself, achieving energy self-sufficiency. Excess heat can be recovered for raw material pre-drying.
