Feeding Stage

First, the continuous feeding stage occurs. Fine rice husk feedstock is uniformly and continuously fed into the carbonization reactor through a feeding system.

Drying Stage

Next, the drying and dehydration stage begins. A heat exchanger utilizes the waste heat generated during the carbonization process to dry and dehydrate the rice husk. This not only creates favorable conditions for subsequent pyrolysis and carbonization, but also ensures efficient energy utilization.

Pyrolysis Stage

During the subsequent pyrolysis carbonization stage, the rice husk undergoes complex thermochemical reactions in an oxygen-deficient, high-temperature environment. Organic matter gradually decomposes and transforms into biochar, producing byproducts such as combustible gases and tar.

Purification Stage

After purification, a portion of these combustible gases and tar is recycled as fuel, continuously providing heat for the carbonization furnace and further improving energy efficiency. The remaining portion can be used as a chemical raw material for further processing.

Finally, the charcoal is discharged through a water cooling system. The high temperature of the biochar produced after pyrolysis and carbonization is rapidly cooled by the water cooling system, ensuring stable quality and performance of the rice husk biochar while preventing problems such as re-ignition caused by excessive temperatures.

Tail Gas Treatment Device

The flue gas purification system also plays a vital role in the entire rice husk biomass pyrolysis process. It effectively removes harmful gases and smoke generated during production, ensuring that emissions meet environmental standards and achieving green production.

Due to its high efficiency and energy-saving features, continuous carbonization equipment has become the preferred equipment for large-scale rice husk biochar production. It provides strong technical support for the development of the rice husk biochar industry.
