In April 2024, Mingjie semi-continuous industrial solid waste pyrolysis plant was installed in Venezuela. The customer purchased the pyrolysis palnt for the treatment of industrial solid waste. The following are photos of the installation and commissioning of the solid waste pyrolysis unit at the customer's site.
The pre-treated industrial construction waste is fed into the pyrolysis reactor and heated in an oxygen-deficient or low-oxygen environment. The industrial solid waste pyrolysis plant can achieve pyrolysis waste-to-energy (pyrolysis oil, carbon black and synthesis gas), thereby achieving harmless, reduced and resource-based treatment of solid waste.
Crusher: used to break large pieces of industrial construction waste into smaller particles, such as concrete blocks, bricks, wood, etc.
Feeding system: feed the pretreated industrial construction waste into the pyrolysis furnace evenly and stably.
Pyrolysis reactor: the core equipment of industrial solid waste pyrolysis plant. Mingjie pyrolysis reactor is made of double-layer stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. The reactor adopts insulation design, and the external heating device provides the required heat for the pyrolysis reaction.
Heating device: Gas heating and fuel heating both have the advantages of fast heating speed and stable heat supply. The heat required for the initial pyrolysis reaction can be provided by an external heating source (such as a gas burner). The combustible syngas produced during the solid waste pyrolysis process can also be used for self-heating.
Condensation equipment: used to cool the high-temperature gas generated by pyrolysis, and condense water vapor, tar and other substances into liquid for separation and collection.
Liquid collection and storage equipment: collect and store condensed liquid products, such as fuel oil, tar, etc.
Solid collection equipment: collect solid products after pyrolysis, such as carbon black, inorganic residues, etc.
Ventilation equipment: Provides necessary air circulation for pyrolysis reaction and discharges waste gas produced by combustion.
Gas purification equipment: The gas produced by pyrolysis contains impurities (dust, tar and water vapor), which need to be treated by gas purification equipment.
Control system: Monitors and controls the entire pyrolysis process to ensure the safe operation of the pyrolysis reaction.
