Wood Charcoal Manufacturing Machine Installation in Vietnam

In June 2024, Mingjie Group completed the installation of MJT-3000 fully automatic wood charcoal manufacturing machine in Vietnam. Vietnamese customers want to process waste wood, and the processing is relatively large. We recommended this MJT-3000 carbonization equipment.

The MJT-3000 wood charcoal manufacturing machine can realize continuous feeding of raw materials and continuous discharging of biochar. It can work continuously and can process 3 tons of wood chips per hour. The wood charcoal making machine uses high temperature pyrolysis technology to convert waste wood into charcoal under oxygen-deficient or limited oxygen conditions.

Feeding system: Feed waste wood into the carbonization reactor evenly and stably.

Heating system: Provide the heat required for carbonization, and can use gas, fuel oil, electricity and other heat sources. The synthesis gas generated during the carbonization process can also be used for circulating combustion heating.

Carbonization reactor: It is the main place for pyrolysis and carbonization of waste wood. The reactor is made of high-temperature resistant 304 stainless steel.

Cooling system: Cool the carbonization product for subsequent treatment and collection.

Tail gas treatment system: Purify the tail gas generated during the carbonization process and remove harmful substances.

Purification system: Use spraying, filtration, adsorption and other purification processes to make the flue gas meet environmental emission standards.

Automation system: The automated control system can realize multiple functions, reduce manual intervention, and improve production efficiency and product quality.

Continuous biomass carbonization plant can effectively process waste wood, reduce garbage discharge and environmental pollution. At the same time, it makes full use of the combustible gas generated during the carbonization process as a heat source. The biomass carbonization plant realizes the recycling of energy and reduces energy consumption. By precisely controlling parameters (carbonization temperature, time), the carbonization equipment can fully carbonize waste biomass. The charcoal products obtained by pyrolysis carbonization have the advantages of high fixed carbon content, good adsorption performance and high combustion value.
